Vinification:
healthy grapes are partially soaked after berrying and crushing, and then
gently squeeze out. Fermentation by different ages and by different cadres
made 400 liter barrels at a controlled temperature. Wine for winter
it remains on fine sweeping until the end of the day, after which it continues until the summer bottling of the
barrel maturation.
Tasting Notes:

In the aromatics of the straw-yellow wine, the sweet spicy notes of barrel ageing are replaced by the yellow-fleshed
fruits, apples, pears, and ginger are added. For bitter, apple and lemon zest
reminiscent aromas, as well as a little saltiness, make the sip exciting. The medium body and
in addition to acid, despite the higher alcohol, the wine still has an elegant feel.
