Vinification:
Healthy grapes are partially soaked after berrying and crushing, then
gently squeeze out. Fermentation by different ages and by different cadres
made 400 liter barrels at a controlled temperature. Wine for winter
it remains on fine sweeping until the end of the day, after which it continues until the summer bottling of the
barrel maturation.
Tasting Notes:
intense I buttered I williams pear
In the intense smell of wine of medium lemon yellow color, fruits with ripe yellow flesh, sweet spice
and smoke is felt. In addition to williams pears and juicy apples, barrel ripening is spicy in taste,
its toasty notes, as well as butteriness, come to the fore. It is a round, rich wine in which the acids and the
residual sugar neatly counteracts each other.
